BodyFit Studio1.What BodyFit Studio does
BodyFit Studio organises the clothes you photograph, suggests outfits from them, and renders how an outfit might look on you. Suggestions and renders are generated by AI: they are an illustration, not professional styling advice, and not a promise of how a garment fits or looks in reality.
2.Your account
You sign in with Google, and that account is how your wardrobe is identified. Keep access to it — losing the Google account means losing access to the wardrobe filed under it. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and the UK) to use the app.
3.Your content
The photos you upload stay yours. By uploading them you give us permission to store them and to send them to our AI providers for the sole purpose of producing the tags, suggestions and renders you asked for. We do not use your photos to train models, and we do not publish or share them.
4.Acceptable use
Upload photos of yourself and of your own clothes. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, sexual content, or anything illegal. Do not attempt to bypass the credit system, automate the app, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5.Credits and payment
Each new account gets a small number of free renders, which carry a watermark. After that, renders are paid for with credits bought in packs. One credit renders one try-on, credits never expire, and prices are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never handle your card details.
6.Failed renders and refunds
A render that fails does not cost you a credit — the server returns it automatically. Beyond that, credits are non-refundable once spent, because each one buys a paid AI render that has already been billed to us. If you were charged for something you did not receive, email us and we will make it right. Unused credits are forfeited if you delete your account.
7.Availability
The service is provided as-is. The AI providers behind it can be slow, rate-limited or temporarily unavailable, and renders sometimes come back imperfect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular quality of result, but we do not charge a credit for a render that fails.
8.Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9.Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen or at bodyfitstudio.app/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Either way, the data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
